Shipments and Returns
Please permit at least 3 working days for order processing and verification, as well as an additional approximate 14 days of International deliver. All products will be delivered in original packaging and roxalne.com signature wrapping and we will be assuring each purchase in the time it is in journey until it is arrived at your doorstep. Packages not received due to identity thievery along with other instances are legally no longer Roxalne’s accountability after being verified that item has indeed been delivered and received. Any customs or import duties are charged when the packet arrives at its destination. When orders shipped internationally reach its destined place, they possibly will find delays from original delivery approximation, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures, therefore, we will be not in charge for any postponements caused by customs. Moreover, it is rightful for us to inflict additional delivery charges for those who hand us with an incorrect or invalid delivery address. Any changes in delivery address please let us be notified at least 1 week in advance of delivery in writing to email email@example.com.

ROXALNE has no refund or exchange policy for all our items. However, to ensure all customers are satisfied with their purchase(s) we will review special incidents [e.g. faulty/damaged items (goods are faulty if they are received damaged or where a manufacturing fault occurs), or if the item received is differed from what was ordered].
Please inform within 3 days upon receiving the items at firstname.lastname@example.org mentioning your order, name and address, details of the product and reason for the return, we will implement an exchange to same/another item available in our store, which is of equal value. Please be alert that items are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. Where provided, any designer packaging such as authenticity cards, dust bags, and tags should be included with your return. Nevertheless, please note that shipping charges will not be refundable.
