ORDERS

For ready-stock jewelry, you will receive an e-mail to state and confirm your order. This email will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute as an acceptance of your order. We provide payment methods via DOKU, once payment is completed your order will be automatically processed. Note that our DOKU payment gateway provides hassle-free and multiple payment options such as credit cards and OVO (Indonesian Only) for your convenience.

It takes 2-3 working days to process the order.

You will receive an e-mail with the tracking number once your purchase has been shipped. Processing times may vary according to the destination. We are not responsible for losses caused by the shipping company.

 

PRODUCT PRICING

Our jewelry prices are in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The prices shown includes tax but does not include shipping fees. Such additional charges will be included during checkout. If applicable coupon code may provide discount for certain items.

Our team will try to ensure all details, descriptions and prices, which appear on our website, are accurate. If there are informations difficult for your understanding kindly reach us via Email  or thru our instagram @roxalne’s direct messages. Our customer service will help you.

 

SHIPPING

ROXALNE provide shipping for both domestic and international orders. Below is the shipping services and delivery estimation. Shipping cost may vary depending on the destination of your orders. The system on our website will automatically calculate your shipping cost when you place your order.

 

FREE SHIPPING POLICY

For purchases above Rp 2.500.000 we provide free shipping with registered services for international order.

We regret to inform our international customers that ROXALNE is unable to ship to the countries below at this time.

RETURNS

An exchange or return is only available under these circumstances.

  1. You received the wrong products
  2. You recieved the right products but they are broken due to shipment.

 

WRONG PRODUCT

Please inform us after you receive your items if the products you ordered is wrong. We will contact you via email and will be sending the right product after the wrong product have been returned by sending us proof in the form of tracking number. The shipping fee for sending the jewels back will be refunded. Kindly send us back the jewels with the authenticity card.

 

REPAIR POLICY

There will be a complimentary guarantee for each product within one year as written on our authentication card. You can get your Sterling light jewels repolished or replated twice within 1 year and once for your Magic metal jewels. Kindly send us back your repair requested jewels with the authenticity card.

 

OUR PACKAGING

We have redesigned ROXALNE packaging. Upon ordering your ROXALNE jewels you will now recieve our new signature envelope, classic pouch, authenticity card, and care card.

 

For our classic pouch we will provide the designed-divider upon your order. If you order one jewel you will recieve one classic pouch without a divider, while if you order two jewels you will receive one pouch with two divider available to store two jewels. The maximum capability to of storing ROXALNE’s jewels in our classic pouch is three. Therefore if you order three jewels you will receive a pouch with three-dividers.

For repeating orders we would like to suggest to kindly tick the question box regarding our care card. Kindly notify us by ticking the box if you would like us to provide you with the care card and leave the box empty if you already have our care card.

Upon ordering our “Sterling Light” jewels, if you would like to request gift card and envelope kindly write them down on the note section before checkout. We provide this envelope and card free of additional charges but we only provide it by your request.

 

PRODUCT PHOTO

Our team have carefully tried our best to create product’s photos and information as accurate as possible. There might be a slight color difference due to the lighting, brightness and the screen used to view our website as mention below on our product descriptions.

 

TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS

ROXALNE strives to provide accurate product and pricing information while typographical errors may occur. In the event that an item is listed at an incorrect information or priced incorrectly due to an error, ROXALNE has the right, at our sole dicretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed. We will notify you of such cancellation.
